          –­I­am­renting­a­new­flat.
          –­Where­is­it?­What­is­it­like?
          –­­It­is­in­the­cent­re­of­the­city.­My­favourite­room­is­the­study­and­it­overlooks­a­
            park.­There­are­a­writing-table,­a­sofa/settee/couch/with­two­easy­chairs­in­it.­It­
            is­very­comfortable.
          –­How­big­is­your­new­flat?
          –­­Oh,­ it­ isn’t­ too­ large,­ but­ it­ is­ furnished.­ The­ furniture­ is­ new.­ There­ are­ ­
            cupboards,­ chairs,­ lights,­ wardrobes,­ a­ music-centre­ and­ everything.­ There’s­
            even­a­pi­a­no.
          –­Can­you­play­the­pi­a­no?
          –­­Well,­I­am­not­an­excellent­musician,­but­my­friends­like­to­listen­to­my­playing­
            when­they­come­to­see­me.­I­prefer­to­listen­to­the­radio­or­CDs,­records.
          –­How­much­is­the­rent?
          –­­It­isn’t­cheap,­you­know,­it­is­a­flat­with­all­mo­dern­conveniences.­Well,­come­
            over­and­have­a­look­at­it.­He­re­is­the­address.­
